The Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is when cafes across Metro Vancouver get creative and serve up the most delicious and decadent hot chocolates! Cafes in South Surrey and White Rock participate with mouth-watering hot chocolate concoctions including hot chocolate infused with ingredients like sweet potato, cereal milk, cinnamon toast crunch and anything their baristas can dream up! 

Art Exhibit - Jagdeep Raina: Ghosts in the Field

Jagdeep Raina: Ghosts In The Fields explores the lived experiences of the Punjabi diaspora and the complexities of transnational migration, offering a vivid narrative of farmworkers, unionization, and protests. The exhibit is inspired by archival images and interviews from media artist Craig Berggold and filmmaker Anand Patwardhan, and it also features Raina’s own interviews with union organizers and agricultural workers, bringing this powerful history to life.

A fictitious male stripper troupe (played by a cast of some of Canada’s best improvisational comedians) performs a “sexylarious” improv comedy show. They try to be sexy… it just comes out funny. Constantly grooving and gyrating in between scenes they banter with the crowd and perform their hilarious twist on improv sketches. They sing, they “dance”, and they are ready to make you laugh. Semi-undressed and completely unscripted, The Comic Strippers take off their shirts and take on your suggestions to create a whole new genre of comedy. (19+)
