Cloverdale Fairgrounds
Get ready to experience the magic of the holiday season at Surrey’s Noel Holiday Light Festival! This spectacular celebration lights up the Cloverdale Agriplex with over 1 million sparkling lights, transforming more than 30,000 square feet into the festive wonderland of Noel Village. Visitors can explore themed zones like Santa’s Castle, Rudy’s Reindeer Stable, and a cozy Christmas Market. Don’t miss a special encounter with the Green & Grumpy Guest, plus appearances from princesses, elves, and a winter fairy, alongside live music, dance performances, and interactive light displays. And be sure to head outside for a cozy drink around the fire and a 1 km accessible outdoor holiday light walk around the lake.
Winterfest at Bear Creek Park Train
December 1 – 31, 2024
13750 88th Avenue
Taking place in the backdrop of beautiful Bear Creek Park, Winterfest plays host to two mini train rides thanks to the Bear Creek Park Train and Mini Golf. The Santa Express is a day-time train ride along a themed track of merry and fun displays. Take home an activity bag and a treat, and snap a photo with Santa before The Big Day. The Christmas Night Train lights up Bear Creek Park’s Enchanted Forest, accompanied by beautiful and bright light displays.
Bright Walk in White Rock
December 7, 2024– January 12, 2025
Memorial Park
White Rock’s waterfront will be transformed this holiday season with a free-lighted display in Memorial Park. From December 7, 2024, to January 12, 2025, head to the beach for a stroll along the seaside and enjoy the lighted displays. In addition to the 20-foot Christmas tree, there will be light installations including an illuminated tunnel, and holiday lights will light up the White Rock Pier nightly. Grab a hot chocolate at one of White Rock’s cozy coffee shops before you head to the waterfront and be sure to plan and make a reservation for dinner at your favourite White Rock restaurant … many of them have covered and heated patios so you can eat and marvel at the lights … and the view of Semiahmoo Bay and the historic pier is pretty great as well!
